Our Story | Willow Park Honey
A family story, rooted in Essex
Willow Park Honey began in 2022 with Adam Lewin’s love of beekeeping. What started as a hobby has grown into a small family business near Halstead, Essex, with apiaries between Halstead and Toppesfield.
Our bees forage across the surrounding countryside, including seasonal borage. Each crop has its own flavour and character, reflecting the flowers they visit. We handle our honey with care, and we are proud to share a taste of Essex with our customers.
For Adam and his daughter Orla-Rose, beekeeping is something to enjoy together. Watching that shared interest lead to recognition at the National Honey Show has made the journey even more special.
