Willow Park Honey is a small, independent family-run brand rooted in the Essex countryside, built on a simple belief: great honey comes from care, patience, and respect for nature. Our hives are located between Halstead and Toppesfield, surrounded by acres of flowering borage. This rare and carefully chosen location provides our bees with exceptional natural forage, contributing to a honey that is light, fragrant, and distinctive in character. It is this unique environment, combined with thoughtful and ethical hive management, that allows us to produce honey recognised among some of the finest in the UK. At the heart of Willow Park Honey is family. We are passionate about raising our children with an understanding of where food comes from and a deep respect for bees and the natural world. Our eldest, Orla-Rose (aged 6), already enjoys helping where she can — from learning about the bees to assisting with jarring, labelling, and preparing honey for sale. Through this hands-on involvement, we hope to pass on values of responsibility, patience, and respect for nature that will stay with them for life.

We produce our honey in small batches and handle it with minimal processing to preserve its natural flavour, aroma, and texture. From hive management to harvesting and jarring, every step is approached with care to ensure the honey remains as close to nature as possible — pure, natural, and free from unnecessary additives. Quality sits at the heart of everything we do. In 2025, this commitment was proudly recognised when Willow Park Honey was awarded 3rd Place in Essex at the UK National Honey Show. This recognition reflects both the standards we uphold and the exceptional conditions in which our honey is produced. 

Alongside our honey, we are developing a carefully curated range of bee-inspired products. We locally source ingredients wherever possible and work with a trusted local maker to create honey soaps, body creams, lip balms, and other beeswax-based essentials. New products are always in thoughtful development, with natural deodorant and beard balm coming soon — each created with simplicity, function, and natural ingredients at their core. We believe transparency matters. What you see is what you get: honest products, responsibly produced and jarred or crafted with pride. Our honey is sold locally, directly to our community, allowing us to share not just a product, but the care, values, and people behind it. As a small family business, we value craftsmanship over scale and quality over quantity. Every jar represents time spent in the apiary, lessons learned together, and a genuine respect for both nature and the people who enjoy our honey.
